Nepalese Set Meal
Daal-Bhaat is a typical and traditional Nepalese food composed of lentils and rice. The majority of Nepalese eat Daal-bhaat twice a day. Tarkaari, vegetable curry, and Achaar, pickle or chutney, are subsistence foods that are used in most meals. Meat is called Maasu; it is a rare treat, served at feasts and festivals.

Saag is prepared with spinach cooked thoroughly with celery, mushroom, cilantro, green chili, red onions, and a touch of cream, according to our own secret recipe.
Sekuwa
Sekuwa is a yogurt based sauce with lemon juice, saffron, tamarind, ginger, garlic, and our own secret blended masala. Your choice is marinated with this sauce overnight and roasted in a Tandoori oven.

Vindaloo
