Himalayan Kitchen, known for its authenticity, is pleased to be offering exotic, gourmet, locally-grown (Montrose, Colorado) yak dishes. Local people of Himalayan regions get their meat, milk, butter and cheese from yak.

Yak Mo-Mo
12 pieces
Steamed dumplings stuffed with ground yak seasoned with onion, ginger, garlic, cilantro, and secret blended spices, served with dipping sauce.
Yaksha Thenthuk
Yak meat diced and cooked with radish, potato, homemade and hand-pulled pasta, onion, celery, Timboor, ginger, garlic, and chili, finished with spring onions. This is a typical Tibetan dish.
Annapurna Yak
Savory Yak sirloin pan fried with a variety of bell peppers, jalapeño chili, tomato, spring onion, cilantro, ginger, and garlic.
