Korma is prepared using tomato, onion, garlic, chili, methi leaves, and our own secret recipe; cooked and blended with coconut flakes and nuts, finished with a touch of cream.

Veggie Korma

Chicken Korma
Bonless dark meat chicken sautéed with carmelized onions and added to our korma sauce.
Lamb Korma
Tender bites of lamb sautéed with carmelized onions, bathed in ginger and garlic then simmered with our korma sauce.
Shrimp Korma
Black Tiger shrimp sautéed on a bed of carmelized onions, garlic and ginger then slowly simmered in our korma sauce.
